Systems Design offers a wide variety of services to ensure that you get the look and feel you want for your office, and to ensure you keep that
look and feel for a very long time. Listed below are short descriptions of our many services available to all our customers.
Design and Technical Services
Programming (measurements of space and determine your requirements), schematic design (workstation studies, circulation flows, finishes),
design development (CAD drawings of spaces; electrical, phone, computer data systems to final design; and selection of finishes), documentation
(detailed drawings for installation), and project administration.
Service and Installation
Our Installation Department Manager has been managing installations for over 18 years. Our full time team has completed manufacturer installation
training.
Post-Installation Services
Such as warranty maintenance and general maintenance. All of the manufacturers we represent offer a warranty program. If warranty work is
necessary, we will dispatch a qualified service person to your site to complete the work expeditiously.

Additional Services
- Furniture Restoration
We can rework your existing wood or metal furniture through reconditioning, refinishing, electrostatic painting and panel
cleaning/refurbishing.
- Reupholstering
We can update or restore your existing furniture.
- Inventory Program
On large projects where continual reconfiguration is anticipated, you can maintain an owned inventory in our warehouse.
- Reconfiguration
With our CAD system, we can reconfigure your space needs on any scale.
- Furniture Rental
Lease options are available through factor groups.
- Custom Product
We take pride in our custom capabilities, from built-in casework to special needs products.
